Vibrating penis pump — Alexander

A classic penis pump with an added feature that changes its use: a vibrating bullet attached to the side of the cylinder with a black elastic silicone strap. The transparent cylinder remains bare inside – no sleeve, just the standard rigid tube. An elastic silicone strap holds a removable vibrating bullet flat against the outer wall of the cylinder. You can see the penis engorge through the plastic during pumping – useful for two reasons. First: you know when to stop by observing the progress.
