🛒 Order

How do I place an order?

Add the products to your cart, click on Check out, fill in your shipping details and pay. That's it. You don't need to create an account to order.

Can I edit or cancel my order?

Yes, until 3pm on the day you order. After that, the order is forwarded to our warehouse and we can no longer step in.

If the package has already left, you can refuse delivery — it will come back to us and we will refund you.

Do I need to create an account?

No. You can order as a guest. Creating an account just makes it easier to track your orders and avoid re-entering your details next time.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Shop Pay, PayPal and Apple Pay. All payments are processed through a secure SSL connection.

What will show up on my bank statement?

The charge appears as SP DISCG — no mention of the shop name or what was purchased. Your privacy is fully protected.

Where do you ship?

Across the European Union, and worldwide. If your country doesn't show up at checkout, send us an email and we'll set up a custom quote.

How long does delivery take?

  • France and Europe: 48 to 72h after dispatch
  • Express delivery: 24h
  • Outside the EU: 5 to 10 business days depending on destination

All packages are tracked end to end.

What are the shipping fees?

  • Pickup point: €3.90
  • Home delivery: €4.90
  • Express 24h: €13.90

Free shipping on all orders over €49.

🤫 Packaging & discretion

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, completely. Your order arrives in a plain brown box, with no logo, no mention of the contents, and no reference to the shop name. Nothing suggests the kind of items inside.

What about the bank statement?

The charge appears as SP DISCG (see the Payment section). Nothing on the statement gives away the nature of the purchase.

↩️ Returns & Refunds

Can I return a product?

Yes, within 14 days of receipt, in line with the EU right of withdrawal.

Important condition: for hygiene reasons, intimate products (sex toys, lubes, lingerie, condoms) can only be returned unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

How do I return a product?

Email us at boutique@discount.gay with your order number and the reason for the return. We will send you the procedure to follow.

Who pays the return shipping?

Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend a tracked shipment to avoid any bad surprises.

How long until I get refunded?

Within 7 days of the returned product reaching our warehouse. The refund is processed automatically to the original payment method.

Can I exchange instead of getting a refund?

Yes, exchanges are possible. Get in touch and we'll arrange it with you.

What if my product arrives faulty or damaged?

Take a photo of the product and the packaging, and email us within 48 hours of receipt. We'll offer a replacement or full refund, no questions asked.

Our prices / Our concept

Why are your prices lower than elsewhere?

Because we've chosen a lean structure: no physical store, no unnecessary middlemen, and direct relationships with our suppliers. The savings go straight to you.

What does the crossed-out price mean?

The crossed-out price is the brand's recommended retail price — what you would pay in a high-street shop or at a competitor. Our price is the discount we apply.

Are the products genuine?

100%. We only sell new, sealed, genuine products, sourced from the official brands (Dorcel, Pipedream, Doc Johnson, Pjur, ID, MEO, and so on). No replicas, no parallel imports.

🛡️ Products & Warranties

Are my products covered by a warranty?

Yes. All our products come with the 2-year EU statutory warranty of conformity, plus the manufacturer's commercial warranty (1 to 2 years depending on the brand).

How do I pick the right product?

Every product page includes detailed info: who it's recommended for, the zones it stimulates, the materials, the compatible lubes, the dimensions and the expert review. If you still hesitate, contact us — we'll guide you.

What lube should I use with my sex toy?

General rule:

  • Siliconewater-based lube only (never silicone lube, which would damage the toy)
  • TPR / TPE → water-based lube only
  • Glass / metal → any kind of lube (water, silicone, hybrid)

Each product page lists the compatible lubes.

How do I care for my product?

Clean it before and after every use with warm water and a mild soap, or a dedicated sex-toy cleaning spray. Dry with a clean cloth and store in a cool, dry place, away from direct light.

A product is out of stock — what should I do?

On the product page, sign up to the stock alert: you'll receive an email when it's back in stock. Restocks generally take 5 to 15 business days.

👤 Account & personal data

Will I receive promotional emails?

Only if you've signed up to the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time with a single click, from any email you receive.

What do you do with my personal data?

We use them only to process your order, ship your package and answer your enquiries. They are never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.
