You place your balls in the oval hole, tighten the four wing nuts, and the pressure gradually builds on the two lacquered wooden plates. The ball buster is the most direct CBT instrument there is: no frills, no complicated mechanism — just an adjustable vice that compresses your testicles exactly how you want it.

Four Screws for Total Control

Each of the four wing screws can be tightened independently. You can apply even pressure across the entire surface, or tighten one side more to target one testicle over the other. The two threaded rods pass through the plates and allow for a wide range of tightening — it works just as well for light pressure as for intense compression. The metal nuts offer a firm grip even with sweaty hands.

Solid Wood, Lacquered Finish

The two plates are made of solid wood, lacquered in glossy black. Wood has an advantage over metal: it doesn't cool the testicles on contact; the temperature remains neutral. The lacquer protects the wood from moisture and facilitates cleaning. The oval hole in the center is cut to allow the scrotum to pass through comfortably in the open position, then gradually compress when tightened.

Freer Than a Humbler

Unlike a humbler, which restricts movement by forcing you to stay bent over, the ball buster allows the submissive freedom of movement. They can stand, kneel, or lie down — the plates simply compress the testicles regardless of position. During a session, this allows for more play: the dominant can continue to give commands, impose positions, or add other accessories while the ball buster continuously does its work.
