• The product must be in stock and dispatched by the competitor within 7 days.
• The competitor's price must include delivery (VAT-inclusive price compared with VAT-inclusive price).
• The guarantee cannot be combined with a promo code, referral offer or discount already applied.
• Excludes official sale periods, private sales, exceptional clearance events and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Excludes group purchases, B2B orders and professional bundles.
• Limited to one claim per order, within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48h of approval.
