• Excludes official sale periods, private sales, exceptional clearance events and Black Friday/Cyber Monday.
• Excludes group purchases, B2B orders and professional bundles.
• Limited to one claim per order, within 14 days of delivery.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 48h of approval.
