La Poste is maintaining its public parcel delivery service. However, it is possible that a potential reduction in staff in certain regions could lead to some delays in delivery.
📦 Contactless home deliveries
Parcels are tracked and made available in your mailbox to avoid any contact.
If the mailbox is not suitable, the postman will ask you to collect your package from the foot of your mailbox while respecting the "barrier gestures" protocol.
If the recipient is unavailable, your package will be redelivered to their home the following day.
In case of repeated absences, the package will be held at the post office and can be collected at the end of the lockdown. The recipient can also contact their local post office (at 36 31 for France) to request a new delivery attempt by the postman.
