At Discountgay, your satisfaction is our priority. You have a legal period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your package to exercise your right of withdrawal, in accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code.
1. Withdrawal period
You have 14 days from the day you receive your package to notify us of your decision to return one or more items, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalty.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, email us at commande@discountgay.fr stating:
- Your order number
- The item(s) concerned
- Your name and address
We will send you the exact address to ship your package to, along with the procedure to follow.
2. Return conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned to us:
- In its original packaging, intact, complete, with all accessories, manuals and labels
- Unused and in perfect resaleable condition
- With its hygiene blister or plastic seal intact (see exceptions below)
3. Products excluded from the right of withdrawal
In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code, certain products cannot be returned once their protective packaging has been opened, for reasons of hygiene and health protection. This includes in particular:
- Sex toys, dildos, plugs, vibrators, masturbators, cock rings and all intimate accessories as soon as their sealed packaging has been opened
- Lubes, stimulants, creams, oils, sprays and any cosmetic products once opened or unsealed
- Condoms and personal hygiene products outside their original packaging
- Lingerie, jockstraps, harnesses and underwear whose hygiene seal has been removed
- Personalised products or items made to your specifications
These products remain returnable as long as their original seal has not been removed.
4. Return shipping fees
The return shipping fees are at the customer's expense, except in the case of a faulty product, a picking error or a package damaged during transit — in those cases Discountgay covers the full return shipping fees.
We recommend using a tracked and insured shipment: until the package reaches us, it remains your responsibility.
5. Refund
Once we have received your package and confirmed the product is in good condition, the refund is processed within a maximum of 14 days to the payment method used for the order.
The refund includes:
- The price of the returned product(s)
- The original shipping fees (unless you chose a delivery method more expensive than standard delivery)
Return shipping fees remain at your expense except in the cases mentioned in section 4.
6. Faulty products or damaged package
If you receive a faulty product, one damaged during transit or one that doesn't match your order, contact us immediately at commande@discountgay.fr attaching a photo or video of the product and the packaging.
We will then process a full exchange or refund, return shipping fees included, as quickly as possible.
7. Lost or delayed package
If your package is declared lost or damaged in transit, it is exchanged or refunded immediately.
If delivery is delayed, the package will be fully refunded if you still haven't received it after 60 days from dispatch.
8. Discretion guaranteed
All our packages are shipped in a plain box, with no mention of the contents or the shop. No reference to "Discountgay", "sex shop" or product names appears on the outer packaging or on the shipping label (generic sender).
