Weight is an ally with this format: in a squatting or on all fours position, the XXL naturally descends and maintains constant pressure on the sphincter. No need to push – gravity does the work, and dilation gradually sets in. The insertion itself requires serious preparation: plenty of lube, warming up with smaller sizes, and above all, time. The soft silicone compresses slightly to facilitate passage through the widest point.
