I recommend it to a guy who wants to play with pressure before sex, without miracle promises. Simple, direct use provides a concrete point of reference, and helps position the product between preparation, control and building confidence.
The largest model in the entire Bathmate range. The HydroXtreme 11 is made for erect penises measuring 20 to 28 cm — a size range that very few manufacturers offer. If standard pumps are too short for you, it is probably the only model in the world that fits.
An exceptional cylinder for exceptional sizes
The cylinder measures 28 cm long with a maximum circumference of 20 cm (around 6.4 cm in diameter). That is a considerable volume of water — the external pumping bulb is not a luxury here, it is a necessity. The bellows alone would not be enough to create effective pressure over such a volume. Each press on the bulb gradually builds suction towards the optimal zone.
The Xtreme kit makes complete sense
On a model this size, the shower strap is absolutely essential. The filled cylinder weighs around 2 kg — impossible to hold at arm's length throughout a full session. The strap frees your hands and keeps the pump in a stable position. Warm shower water remains the best environment for sessions — heat expands the tissues and makes suction more gradual.
The complete premium kit
Like every HydroXtreme: manual pump with hose, shower strap, cleaning sponge, replacement comfort seal and rigid carrying case. The case is noticeably larger than on other models to accommodate the cylinder. Covered by Bathmate's two-year warranty. It is a substantial investment, but it is the only hydro pump in the world in this size range.
