The enlarged internal diameter (6.4 cm instead of 5.4 cm on the standard model) accommodates larger girths without lateral compression. The external pump bulb gives you fine control over pressure build-up — even more important when the volume of water in the cylinder is larger. Suction remains even and gradual, without jolts.
Made for penises over 16.5 cm in girth
