The swirl pattern is classier than tie-dye for my taste—the colored spirals give a marbled effect that looks more like a "design object" than a toy. Aside from the visuals, it's strictly the same plug. If you're hesitating between the two, choose the one whose pattern you like best; the sensations will be identical.
The CalExotics Cheeky Swirl uses the same Medium size as the Tie-Dye but with a more regular and defined spiraling color pattern. The silicone is molded with veins of color that wind around the plug – a more graphic rendering than the random tie-dye.
