Pyramidal dilation cone 30 cm diameter 18 cm

This is the largest item in the All Black catalog – a pure cone, 30 cm high and 18 cm in diameter at the base. To put that into perspective, 18 cm is wider than two fists side by side. The pyramidal shape has no neck or bulges: just a continuous rise from the tapered top to the massive base. An extreme dilation tool reserved for the most advanced practitioners.

Inch by inch, endless progression

The absence of a neck or ledge is intentional: this cone functions as a progression gauge. You go down an inch, you gain a few millimeters in diameter. Halfway up, you're already around 9 cm – the diameter of a standard XL plug. The last 15 centimeters take you from 9 cm to 18 cm, and that's where every millimeter counts. This format allows you to push your limits in a controlled way, mark after mark.

3 kilos of firm, smooth material

With its 3 kg, this cone doesn't budge an inch when you get on it. The flat, wide base offers a stable seat on the floor. The rigid, smooth, and shiny material doesn't compress: the diameter you take is the real diameter. This is what makes it a measurement tool as much as a progression marker, because you know exactly where you are by looking at how far you've gone down.

A progression tool, not an everyday item

No one pulls out this cone for a quick hookup. This is a work tool for guys who practice fisting and extreme dilation regularly and methodically. Essential preparation: long warm-up with smaller formats, plenty of fist gel, and a trusted partner if possible. The smooth material is easily cleaned with soap and water despite its impressive size.
