The balls are spaced along the length of the cannula, with a moderate diameter — it passes easily, even without prior warm-up. On the way in, each bulge crosses the sphincter with a slight jolt. On the way out, the water trapped between the balls is released in bursts — a more effective cleansing than a smooth cannula, without the length of a 6-ball beaded one.
