Pipedream’s X-Tensions penis sleeve adds around 5 cm of length and up to 66% more girth. Its soft, stretchy silicone has a pronounced head and raised veining. A removable extender and a soft strap for the testicles complete the design.
A removable 2-inch extender
The removable piece sits inside the tip of the sleeve. With it in place, the design adds around 5 cm of length; you can also take it out to suit the type of play. The tip stays closed while the extender is fitted.
Up to 66% more girth
The sleeve noticeably increases external girth, with a defined head and visible veins. The stretchy silicone expands to take your cock. Apply water-based lube inside before putting it on, then add more outside for penetration.
A soft strap to help keep the sleeve in place
The strap passes behind the testicles and helps hold the base against the pubic area during movement. It replaces a full harness with a simpler fastening. Put it on without overtightening and adjust it before you start.
