This model’s ball is rigid and perforated, not flexible silicone. The openings never remove the need to breathe freely through the nose, agree on a non-verbal signal and keep the buckle accessible.
This Intense Fetish gag combines a black perforated PVC ball with an adjustable vegan-leather strap. The ball openings allow air to pass through, without replacing free breathing through the nose or constant supervision.
Rigid perforated ball
Sources and feedback on this model distinguish its hard ball from flexible silicone models. Place it without forcing and remove it immediately in case of pain, nausea or breathing difficulty.
Vegan-leather strap
The buckle lets you adjust the strap behind the head. Do not tighten excessively and make sure that the buckle remains accessible throughout the session.
Partnered use only
Agree on a non-verbal stop signal before starting. Limit wear to short phases with breaks and never leave a gagged person unattended.
