A classic penis pump with an addition that changes how you use it: a vibrating bullet attached to the side of the cylinder by a black elastic silicone strap. An elastic silicone strap holds a removable vibrating bullet against the outer wall of the cylinder. When you activate the bullet with the button at the base of the motor, vibrations pass through the rigid plastic and reach the penis inside.
