The addition of the vibrating bullet really changes the experience compared to a basic dry pump — a penis sensitive to vacuum amplifies the sensation of the vibrations. A classic penis pump with an added feature that changes its use: a vibrating bullet attached to the side of the cylinder with a black elastic silicone strap. The transparent cylinder remains bare inside – no sleeve, just the standard rigid tube. An elastic silicone strap holds a removable vibrating bullet flat against the outer wall of the cylinder.
