The scrotum strap is this model’s real selling point: it holds much more firmly than a simple sleeve. The realistic look is quite explicit, and the extra 5 cm makes a noticeable difference without turning it into an unwieldy accessory.
This realistic penis sleeve adds around 5 cm of length, with a veined design and sculpted head. Its built-in scrotum strap goes under the testicles to keep the extension snug against your body during penetration, without needing an extra harness.
An approximately 18 cm sleeve with better hold
It is simple to use: slide your penis into the hollow sleeve, then the strap secures the base and testicles. This limits unwanted movement and feels more stable than a simple short sleeve, especially when you move vigorously.
Soft, realistic liquid silicone
The premium liquid silicone is odour-free and phthalate-free. It feels supple and stretchy, with raised veins and a realistic head for a more substantial look and more texture for your partner to feel.
Extra size without a pump
The sleeve measures around 18.5 cm overall and adds 5 cm. It is designed to build confidence, spice up a hook-up or let you try how extra length feels before moving on to options that involve more commitment.
Water-based lube and gentle cleaning
Use water-based lube only, generously inside and out. After use, wash the sleeve in lukewarm water with mild soap or sex toy cleaner, then let it dry completely before storing it.
