Wax that turns into warm oil on contact
The Shunga formula starts with a vegetable wax (hydrogenated soybean oil, coconut oil, sweet almond oil) with a low melting point — around 50°C. When the wick burns for 15-20 minutes, the wax completely melts. You extinguish it, then delicately pour the content onto the back or shoulders: it's warm, never burning. On contact with the skin, the wax becomes a light massage oil that glides without sticky residue — no need to wipe afterwards.
Rose petal fragrance, neither sweet nor cloying
The scent is noticeable but not overpowering — a fresh floral note that fills the room as soon as the wick burns. To the nose, it's more of an atmosphere than a body fragrance: it sets the scene for the massage that follows. Composed of essential oils and classic fragrances (geraniol, linalool, citronellol) — well tolerated by most skin types.
