What struck me was its flexibility – the Backdoor Lover really bends when you sit on it, instead of staying rigid like many vibrating plugs. The result is zero discomfort when sitting, and the vibrations are transmitted even better because the silicone is in full contact with the walls. The red color is vibrant, and the motor is powerful for its size. A good first connected vibrating plug without breaking the bank.
Satisfyer's Backdoor Lover is a vibrating plug designed for those who seek flexibility—the silicone is intentionally soft to conform to anatomy rather than forcing its way in. With 12 vibration programs and control via the Satisfyer app, it's a versatile plug suitable for both a first anal vibrating experience and for experienced users.
Silicone that bends instead of resisting
Where many vibrating plugs are semi-rigid, the Backdoor Lover is deliberately flexible. It bends to follow your position—sitting, lying down, on all fours—without creating uncomfortable pressure points. The rounded shape with a tapered tip is 11.4 cm long with a maximum diameter of 4.1 cm, an accessible size that glides in easily with good lube. The bright red silicone is bold and matte.
12 programs and the Satisfyer app as a bonus
The 12 vibration modes range from discreet murmurs to deep hums, with alternating rhythms between the two. The Satisfyer Connect app allows you to create your own programs and give control to your partner via Bluetooth or remotely over the internet. The entire device is IPX7 waterproof and magnetically USB rechargeable. Satisfyer guarantees the product for 15 years—they are confident in their motor.
A shape to be approached with method
This plug benefits from being approached slowly, with enough lubricant and true body awareness. The size, texture, or curvature are not meant to be taken all at once: they mainly provide benchmarks for advancing in stages. You remain in control, adjust the angle, and let the sensation build without forcing it.
