This is the perfect choice if you have already tried soft rings and want to step up the tension. The 19 mm squeeze is decidedly firm and means staying tuned in to your cock, but the stretchy silicone keeps it from feeling crushing. If it is your first time or you have a big cock, go for the size above.
The Alpha Prolong Medium keeps the range’s thick doughnut shape, but in a tighter version. It is a black liquid silicone cock ring made to give you a more substantial, masculine hold at the base of your cock, helping you last longer and giving you a fuller erection.
Focused compression with a compact diameter
With its 19 mm opening at rest, this model gives a far more pronounced sensation than a classic ring. As your erection builds, the squeeze concentrates firmly at the base for a direct, powerful hold. It is ideal if you want to feel your cock ring compressing you without moving up to rigid metal.
Easy to put on
Even with its compact diameter, the liquid silicone stays ultra-soft and stretchy. With a generous amount of water-based lubricant, slide it along your shaft and it settles into place without hurting. Seamless and free from hard edges, this doughnut profile spreads the pressure in a way that feels seriously good, without irritating the skin.
Total discretion and versatility
All black, it stays discreet if you want to wear it for a while before getting down to it. Fully waterproof, you can take it into the shower too. In short, it is a highly effective cock ring: compact, tight and made to push intensity as far as possible.
